Tournament Signup

The morning team:

The morning team is responsible for setting up for the event. This includes setting up Friends’ tents, helping the park staff with the generator and heaters, and selling refreshments. 6:30am to 12:30pm

The afternoon team:

This team will take over selling refreshments after a brief transition period. At the end of the day they will help pack everything away including tents, generators, remaining refreshments, and picking up any trash. 12:00 to 3:00pm

Set up / tear down team:

If you can’t stay for an extended period of time, but still want to help, come for setting up then return at the end of the day to see who caught the biggest fish then help packing everything up. 6:30 - 7:30 and 3:00-4:00pm

Door prize team:

The door prizes need to organized and transported to the event. At the end of the day, items need to be handed out.

Food prep team:

The menu needs to be coordinated and food purchased. Water for coffee and cocoa needs to be heated, and transported to the event. This is a great option to contribute for those that want to help in the days before the event.
